Lane Bryant colorful full skirt with elastic back waist 18/20

very full semi sheerskirt with 2 inverted pleats in the back and 2 in the front and fully lined in black. It is gray and cranberry and other colors. The waist looks stretched out but it is still stretchy. Just check the measurements which are waistband flat is 21 1/4 inches not stretched and the length is 25 1/2 inches.
