Good Morning!
The fabric is
58% Cotton
37% Modal
5% Spandex
Making it feel like a little heavier jersey knit fabric so there is a little stretch.
Flat measure:
Under arm seam to under arm seam 22 inches
Waist comes in to 20.5 inches
Bottom flares to 25 inches
16 inch diameter at the widest of my arms and the sleeves are not tight but fitted with a little room.
