Lane Bryant Dress Adjustable Straps 2 Tier Red White Blue 18/20 This dress is absolutely beautiful! Difficult to photograph. It has two layers with a really nice ruffle over the chest area. The red white and blue is very patriotic. However, the pattern is subtle and feminine. Adjustable straps for a perfect fit. This is in very good pre-loves condition with one tiny snag that I barely noticed. Please see the picture. This is a fantastic dress for the summer! Throw a Jean jacket over it, and it’s perfect for the spring.! F
