I tried this on (I’m 5’7” tall) and it was almost 2” on the floor. I did not have a belt which would cinch in/up that extra length. A taller person could possibly wear flats or sneakers. ~ the missing belt could be replaced with lots of options like a contrasting long scarf, a leather or chain belt or another fabric belt.
