(MD) Lane Bryant 3/4 Leather Jacket

Smooth soft black leather jacket with zip front, flap pockets, deep back vent. Fully lined. In near perfect used condition. Issue: There is roughly a 3-inch split, in the zipper seam, see last pick. It can be fixed. I contacted a local leather shop, that does all types of leather work. They referred me to a dry cleaners that does alterations and repairs. They gave an estimate of $30.00 to fix, the tear. My asking price is dirt cheap for this grade of leather.
