vantagediane @gambrell4u Hi! They are true to size. The leather is very pliable and will conform to your foot. They break in after the 1st time worn. If you have a wider foot, then I suggest going a half size up. Since you are a 7.5, the 8 might cause your heel to slip up, otherwise, you can put in a gel insert.
