marykarend54 Hi! Sorry for the delay in responding. The waist is approx 33”. The waist is medium stretchy and legs are thinner and a little more stretchy. The material is very soft. There is also a smal pocket inside the waist. Hope that helps😊 they are very comfortable. Just didn’t fit me thanks!
