Lands' End Navy Polka Dot Dress with pockets size Small

Lands End vneck cotton dress, navy with white polka dots. Lands End runs true to size, size small for them is 6-8. This dress is 100% cotton and has pockets. These dresses are my summertime go to for pool coverage up or sitting on the porch. This dress was never worn. It was washed and hung to dry. Purchased and was in closet til summer and it no longer fits.
