Can you give a waist and length measurement?

@rjs1116 yes, it is 21 inches long and 26 inches around the waist. The waist has been altered by a seamstress, taken in by two darts that can easily be removed as needed to accommodate another two inches. The waist is also elastic so there is some give.
It was only worn a handful of times as my daughter preferred shorter uniform skirt styles (she is only 5 ft so it was a hit long for her)
