threadsantreads @sterling12 ok - the back pack is approx 17.5 inches top to bottom and 13 inches left to right. I measured at the seams so that does not include the side bottle holders and front outside pocket. The lunchbox can snap onto the backpack since the handle has a clip. The lunchbox measures 8 in long x 7 in wide x 3.5 in. deep. I honestly never noticed that clip on/off feature on the handle :).
