Lands End Black Velvet Dress

Best dress ever designed by Lands End! Velvet material, soft. Be sure to check measurements! This does not give at the upper mid line seam (17” flat on front). This is what makes it such a beautiful fit though. 18” underarm across, 12” sleeve, 31” across bottom, 30” underarm straight down to bottom of dress. Not lined. EUC.
