In brand new condition -- never used although the outside case is not in new condition just from being in my makeup bag; you can see what I'm talking about in the photos. The product itself, though, is brand new, never used, as is the enclosed applicator. Great for the smoky eye look. I bought a bunch of smoky eye products with grand plans and then failed to even attempt the look (despite that I LOVE it) so am now selling the products I bought in a clear sign of defeat. :)
