The changing pad cover was washed but never used! This changing pad cover is soft fleece with no pilling or matting. It has elastic to fit snugly to the pad and has two slits for the safety strap. This also includes disks that fit on a closet bar to separate baby clothing by size. The changing pad cover matches the Little Spirit Southwest bedding sets that I have listed separately.
