This style is a few years old - and yes, is 100% new and unused. If you have purchased from Lake before you know that New does not include tags - at least it didn’t at the time I purchased this. It has two pockets on the top and two pockets on the bottoms, as well as piping on the cuffs on the pants. Lake Pajamas are wonderful - but I am running warm these days (aging - what can I say :-) ) - so flannel PJs just don’t get used. So despite these being gorgeous they aren’t being used. Time to pass them on to someone who will love them AND use them.

mollykparker91 I have several LAKE items and they’re all pretty stretchy. I haven’t had any of their flannel. Are they stiff or stretchy? I worry about the bottoms being too tight in the hips

sassychand @mollykparker91 hi there. I get it. These are not a stretch fabric. They are a woven not knit fabric. I am a size 30-31 in jeans (5 foot 8, 140 lbs) and when I tried them on they fit me. They were a tiny bit shorter than I like - but I am someone who often buys long items when offered x these are just regular length. I hope that helps.
