A vintage red and blue full length tartan skirt from Scotland. The weight on this wool skirt is heavy and well made! This classic tartan skirt will have everyone wanting one. There are more colors and styles in my “closet”. Plaid is always in! 26” waist. I am size 6 and it was a little tight at waist. I am 5’6” and the length hit me at the heels.
