williamsjewelrs @sellourstuff424 According to Lagos' sizing chart (which is in the photos of each listing), this one is the "Standard Size 8". The chart says it is up to 7.75", but it looks like you can add a link to make it an 8. There is an extra stainless steel link in the box for this particular band.

williamsjewelrs @sellourstuff424 Hi. This one does not fit the 38mm. The other rose gold and steel bracelet in our closet does fit the 38mm watch, however it is the "Standard Size 7" which is the smaller wrist size.
