Lady's Tommy Hilfiger back & cream dress

I have here a Tommy Hilfiger dress that I purchased at Macy's with a balloon sleeve and a tie at the wrist. From the elbow down is sheer. See pictures for measurements...black and cream floral print size 16W. There are gold details on the sheer part of the sleeve. So pretty.
