Lady’s Platinum Diamond Tiffany & Co. wristwatch Vintage Patek Philippe circa 1920s. Keeps Perfect time; Manual wrist band circumference: 6.5 inches There are 40 single cut diamonds head set in a single row aroundd the rectangular case. These have combined weight of approx. .75 carat. It has an 18 jewel mechanical movement. The bracelet is a flat brick style 9 mm wide. The watchh weighs 17.40 dwt. The initials E. K. McM are engraveded on the back of the case.
