Lady of Lady & the Tramp Disney Plush dog American Cocker Spaniel breed

This little Gal been in a box did wash it has one tiny spot on but see photo where I circle the dot on the photo not on the dog! Lady of lady and the tramp ! In good used condition no rips etc just a spot! Any way vintage? my son had when he was 10 maybe he almost 40
