A red dress with white polkadots in the Hepburn style by Lady V London, aka Lady Vintage. 97% Cotton fabric with 3% Elastene, gives some stretch. , Fitted bodice and waist, flared skirt, back zipper. UK Size 10 equals USA Size Medium. Flat Measurements across the chest 17" across the waist 14", length 42".
