Lady Carol vintage dress size 14

Lady Carol polka dot dress has a very elegant look. Has a elastic waistband with belt hole. Belt NOT included. Gently used with a flaw that is not very noticeable but I noticed when taking pictures, has two lines on the back right side that runs from the shoulder down to the elastic waistband seems like a thread pull. As shown on the last two pictures. Size 14 Length 49” Sleeve length 15” Laying flat elastic waistband 15” Can stretch up to 20”
