Cute little sleeveless dress in size 12, has belt loops, no belt included. Fitted thru mid section, with a flared skirt. Top layer of material is sheer with blue & cream felt like patterned material throughout. Fully lined with a cream colored lining. Side zipper. Measurements are as follows: bust 38”, waist 34”, hips 42”, dress length 38”.
