@akkow sorry for the delay I had the dress in my office; I measured it with a tape measurer and it appears to be 30 inches and I was otherwise misinformed.

@akkow I’m not entirely sure how but there is some darting that could probably be let out down the front or perhaps the pleating

@akkow I posted a photo of the inside of the dress. It was likely made in the 50s based on the ribbon used at the pleating and the darts down the bust. There’s darts down the front and two in the back and stitching down both arm pits.

@missdkay I’m really looking at just the waist. The bust is big enough. What’s that purple color in the photos?
The tag dates it to the 1960s

@akkow the purple is the plant light I have at my desk; the only thing that could be let out at the waist is the pleating other than that there isn’t any excess.
