Ladies sundress from Jamaica

I bought this dress while on vacation in Jamaica and only wore it once. It makes a nice bathing suit cover up or a dress to wear on the beach. It has several of the towns in Jamaica printed on it. It was listed as one size fits all but I believe it should have been sized small.
