Ladies festive surplice top. Sparkly for New Yeas Eve

Ladies festive surplice top has a nice stretch to it and some small clear “dots“ adding bling. I’ve cut the tag off, but it’s appropriately size 8. Top has flattering shearing at the waist and is notched at the hem. Shoulder pads add some dimension. Length from under arm to hem 13.5 inches. Beads at another 1/2”. Sleeves 18” long. Born just one time. Excellent condition. Hand wash.
