Ladies blouse in a flower print

Ladies blouse in a flower print. Collar has a V neck and the 3 quarter length sleeves has a button closure on each sleeve. The front has a double flowing front. Sleeves measure 16.5 and the back measures approx 32". My best guess on size is either an XL or 1X. I cut the tag, it was scratchy!
