@mrc2285 hi the sleeves are 27 inc from neckline, fits right to my wrist & sleeves are blousey. Front is 21 inches from back tag. I am 5’8” and it comes about an inch or 2 below my pants waist line; maybe a little more. The front is open; closed at bottom & the neck fabric criss crosses. I wore it once & wore a tank under but you couldn’t even see the tank because of the way it is made to cross over. Hope that answered your question! Thank you.
