It looks like there is a lot of piling around the bottom waist band. It looks pretty worn. You stated it's in excellent condition. Could you please post additional pictures of the waist band and any other areas that show signs of wear? I like this coat. If it's in fair/good condition, my offer would reflect that. Thank you!
