Ladies Vintage Maxi Skirt Cover Up It says size 12 but I included the waist measurement to equal to about 29in with no give, it buttons and zips on the side, has 2 high front slits. Vintage runs smaller so I will list smaller. The material colors are gorgeous but even though it has tags it will need to be washed. I see spots on it and not sure if they can be washed out or not.
