It is new, never worn, just tried on and still has the original tags with it. Made by "Energie". The sewn-in tag at bottom inside states "100% cotton on top/100% polyester lace at bottom" along with care instructions. The sleeves are long, boucle knit style and there are lace inserts sewn in at the top near the shoulder area to give it more style. 2 vertical seams in front and in back taper the top portion of the sweater top. (There was a tag sewn into the neckline but has been removed by the gift recipient as it was deemed too itchy.)
