Pre-owned. There are slight blue marks on the interior (pic 3). The slight blue marks on the exterior (pic 4) look to be part of the print itself, not signs of washing the garment with another garment that bled. I notate these only in full disclosure, because I do feel the garment appears to look brand-new.
