Ladies Silver Round Ring

Nice silver ring. Inside is stamped 925 LA, I believe. The clear oval stone is surrounded by round indentations to make it look like smaller stones, but there are no stones. I believe it is meant to look like marcasite stones. I believe the size is an 8.5 , but I'm not 100% sure. The inside measures 12/16" across, if that helps.
