Ladies SOPHIE MAX Navy Blue Embroidered Eyelet Smocking Off Shoulder Dress L XL

Here is a ladies dress by Sophie Max that I bought from Belk a few years ago. It is marked size extra large but I feel like with 100% cotton after I washed it it ran smaller. This dress is so cute and original. It has lines of thin elastic smocking around neck line so that you can wear this dress off of both shoulders, off of one shoulder, or off of no shoulder. 100% navy blue cotton with embroidered eyelet pattern. Marked size XL but again seems to run smaller after wash.
