Ladies Roper Ricochet Brown Low Chunk Boots Size 11 in GUC

Going thru my closet and downsizing a bit, came across these super cute and flattering Roper boots that have a lot of life left in them! Size 11, no need to pull over a calf (which was always my problem). There is a torn leather pull on one of the boots that seems repairable (I just tucked it when in), some dirt in the bottom noted (will try to get that out before shipping) but for other details and actual condition, please see pictures for more information.
