marshacasner @encore_again Hello!!! I would say no. I guess if you are long waisted...maybe. The solid part goes to the top of your pants and then the crochet part over the waist of the pants. It is super cute and I've never seen anything else like it. Thanks for looking. :)

marshacasner Also, I would say if the person is bigger up top in the breast area, it will sit higher than the waist. That's the best way I can put that. lol
