Ladies Navy 2-piece Suit by Genny

This is a lovely lightweight wool 2-piece suit by Italian fashion house, Genny. Purchased from Neiman Marcus years ago, this suit was a work horse for me when I lived and worked abroad. The suit's color is not a deep navy, but more of a European-style navy with a slight purplish cast. The suit is made in Italy, exquisitely tailored and a true size 8. When buttoned, it tapers in at the waist. It fastens from the inside as you can see. The buttons are original to the suit, and have never been replaced. The skirt has a hidden zipper and two attached straps to hang comfortably on a hanger. Both the jacket and skirt are fully lined. The suit has no stains, odors, snags, or tears. The interior of the suit is pristine. The outer pockets by the seams, you'll notice have some slight sheen/wear, not overly noticeable when wearing, from dry-cleaning as do the buttons despite being protectively covered while dry cleaned. Measurements are: Jacket, should seam to hem - 28 inches Skirt waistband circumference closure to closure- 30 inches Skirt top of waistband to hem - 23-1/2" Ask me any questions.
