Ladies Minnie Mouse T-Shirt Size XXL Runs smaller Minnie Transfer Disney

I bought this tshirt for me. I love Disney T-shirts when I am running around. This Shirt is marked XXL but measures 19" across the chest. Sleeve is 7 1/2" And overall length is 26 1/2".
