About 14.5 inches in length, about 25 inches around the non-elastic waist, and approximately 11.5 inches across the waist. The color is a light blue. It is much closer to a size 0 than a size 4 because a 26.5 inch waist is equal to a size 2 which is a size XS. Please check measurements.
