Ladies Garment Union Vintage Peacoat Green size small

Vintage Ladies Garment Union Peacoat in Green. Brass buttons. Two loose buttons as pictured and lining on bottom of coat is loose. It does look like it’s been taken in by previous owner, otherwise really good quality! Sizing says 10, but I would consider this a SIZE SMALL as is.
