Ladies Dress Jessica Howard 10P

Whimsical Spring Dress by Jessica Howard Multi colored, pink, with, red and black. Hidden zipper in back. Ruching at the waist. Never worn but tags were removed. Most of my closet is a size 6, this fits me perfectly, hits right below the knee with a length of 37" from top to bottom. Measures 15" at waist, across front and 19" from arm pit to arm pit. Material allows for lead way.
