Ladies Blouse NWOT

Kathy Comelli Ladies Blouse is very nice for dress or to dress up a pair of jeans. Fabric is green/brown depending on surroundings and light. Has a sheen to it but I don't know what the fabric is. Button-up front. I think the size is 12. NWOT. Had tags when I purchased but not now, although never worn. Machine wash. Dry low temp or hang to dry.
