Lacy and ruffled sleeveless blouse

This classic black and cream blouse can be easily dressed up with a nice pair of black pants or skirt. Slightly sheer--cute bralette or nude bra should be used. Black lace decorated the front and three buttons are used on the back. The collar and arm holes are intentionally frayed. Very slight staining on one of the ruffles, barely noticeable.
