@clar93 it’s new with tags! I just looked at it and there’s one little spot on the underside of the brim. It will definitely come off! I’ve been storing it in a closet since I bought it in here. I’ll post picture of the spot

@housecattt and a clean cloth with a little bit moistened by water or water & vinegar solution (lightly mist the cloth with a spray bottle) and dab blot after brushing.
do little by little in stages, allowing to completely dry & reset, to not overwhelm the fibers♡and allowing you to sense where/how to focus treatment next
