Lacey blue SMALL short sleeved blouse by cable and gauge NWT

Here we have what I call another "pandemic purchase". I bought so many things and never had the chance to wear them. This lovely shirt is a beautiful shade of blue and covered in lace. It is two layers, sort of like a tank top built in underneath. It is a size SMALL. NWT and never been worn. There is a one button closure on the back of this blouse, located at the top.
