Lacey Black Dress

Black dress with floral lace accents on the bodice, an empire ribbon with rhinestone accent and tie in the back, with a soft/full skirt that has a little “poof” to it from the tulle layer underneath. Lace detail around the skirt hem, elastic fit through the bodice and can be worn either strapless or with the delicate adjustable straps.
