Black flower-lace/sequined silk long-sleeve assymetric-hem 1970’s vintage dress by PAUL LOUIS ORRIER - Paris. The dress is fully lined in a silk chiffon. Made in France. The back of the skirt section of the dress has an off center bow and draping (photo 4) The bottom hem is asymmetric. Size tag is missing, size was estimated. I estimate it to be an American size 0 to 2. The arm is narrower, doesn’t stretch, so you need skinny arms. Size: 0 to 2 Bust: 33 Waist: 25 Length: 36 Hips: 34
