Lace pencil skirt NWOT

This lace skirt is from Forever 21 but is beautifully made. Slightly stretchy for a perfect fit. Waist is 27 inches, length is 24 inches. Color is more like the last 3 photos, I took the contrast and brightness up on the first so you can see the pattern of the lace.
