susan1114 @emmz517 it does have a stretchy waists band and the fabric does stretch a little but it's not meant to be stretched out like a spandex material or anything. I will put it on and get some pics. I have lost some weight so it might not fit snug on me, I love this dress but it doesn't feel right since the weight loss
