Lace on lace dressy top

Black lace on top of cream colored lace. Ribbon accent at waist. Fully lined. Side zipper. Beautiful as evening wear or jazz up some jeans and boots! Very nice, well structured lace. This piece gives the vision of a smaller waist, which sold me on it!!!😊
