Lace back American Rag NWT Crochet Lace Back Sleeveless Vest Size XL

Tag says XL but runs small. Fits more like a M or L. Reposhing this item I purchased from @whitsthriftfind. Loved it, but it didn't fit the person I bought it for as it runs quite small. Marked XL but I'd say it fits more like a M or L if a flowy, looser fit is desired. It's so very cute and the lace cut-out in back is gorgeous!
